The Figure is Ground
These works were made between 2022 and 2026, before and alongside the Mutual Power series. They are not preliminary studies. They are complete arguments: the female body as landscape, as mirror, as ground. The tree is already present in all of them. The concerns that Mutual Power maps in systems of power and exchange are here in their most personal and direct form — not as theory but as the experience itself.
